Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team

CALLING ALL PEOPLE THAT BEAT THE GAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have two questions.
1)how do you get to latias.
2)my stradigey guide told me to use the teloport gem but I can't find it any where

Hi, question 1
1) Go to the 26th floor of Pitfall Valley
2) You can't see it in yur bag but it's ther

Well sooner or later you will get latias in a event after you beat the game and it just uses the teleport gem by it's self.

First, you must buy the Southern Island Friend Area and then complete the Solar cave by getting HM Surf from the 20th floor, the next morning you will go through some storyline about stolen TM's and the you will get Northern Range, 25 floors with a boss battle against Latios, if you win you take him back to Pokemon Square and he talks about his sister. After the talking the Pitfall Valley opens up and you take 25 floors again of Pokemon and at the end you rescue Latias. Once you bring back Latias they both offer to join your team. Latios level 30, Latias level 28. Hope I helped.

1)You just need to pass through 24floors of Pitfall Valley and Latias is on the 25th floor.
2)Just go to Pitfall Valley , the teleport gem is auto
