I beat Zapdos with level 17 pokemon.but i'm having trouble beating moltres.because while I was getting through mt blaze I didn't see Kecleon anywhere. I still have level20 treecko with pursuit,absorb,and two linked hidden power.my level21 charmander metal claw,ember, scrach,and rage. Please help me.

Char could beat molty, but treecko might really have some problems, catch a rock type Pokemon or something that oppose moltres's type, bring tons of berries and some graveller rocks aswell to help you. Good luck
