You can find him from foors 36-99 and he uses transform.

Mew is found on floors 36-99 in the buried relic. You need to have your music box in your inventory. Go to team, than hit your leader or partner(s) and summary. All your team members combined cannot exceed (go over) 6 stars for size. You can only have a total of 6 stars. I beieve Mew is only one size star.
