Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team

Hi again,
I've got 2 questions:

1. Does anyone know where I can recrute an eavee

2. What are the chances of recruting raquazza and dexoys with a lvl 100 luchiro rank and a friend bow.

Anyone know plz help cheers.

I don't know all the questions but I know where you get Eevee you get eevee at joyous tower from floor 12 to 17

1. Eevees are in Joyous Tower floor 12- 17!
2. Rayquaza is 16.5% , Deoxys is 28.5%
