Hi , i've tried like 10 times but I still haven't recruited Rayquaza.I always use a lv 70 feraligatr with friendbow and lukario rank can someone tell me why please?

You probably should be at level 90 with a friend bow, the harder ones to recruit usually you don't have a better chance until at level 90 or above. It's not mandatory for Rayquazza, though, so you can keep trying; a lot of it's luck, too, of couse. Good luck!!

Remember that he's a "four star size" Pokemon so you could only have two "one star" with you and the leader must throw the last blow!!
