Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team

Guyz I kinda lost HM dive and can't get it back how to I get it bak if ther is a password thingy can you tell me what it is and how to use em... Ty to whoever bothers to read and answer this

Have no fear, BBG-CREECAT is here! Oh, the was Underdog, but I can help you easily!! You need a Wonder Mail code for it and I'll even go look it up for you! Also, you can probably find it again in Solar Cave in one of the 3 spots where the link cable, Waterfall, and Surf were, but this is easier. This particular code will only work once, so if you lose it again, you'll need a different code, OK.
This is from Ecliptance in the user submitted chests section-there are alot of good ones there, and in the walkthrough section, so if you want some goodies go check them out:
Client: Gyarados
Objective: Please find Wailord for me
Place: Tiny Woods 1F
Reward: Poke + Dive
??--? 6?F? ?7??
(m)M?-- F4NR C???

*(m)=male sign, and the -- is just one dash when you put in the wondermail code.
You need to go to your opening menu where you can choose to continue or check your adventure log, etc., and where it says Wonder Mail codes, select that and enter the code, it will then show up in your job list. (It should tell you in the manual how to do this, too)
