Hi, I have two questions.
1. Can you evolve by leveling up on this game. Because I have a treecko and it is level 21 and has not evolved into grovyle yet.
2. If you can evolve a different way , what is it?

You have to beat the game first then on the whicash pond a hole will open, ther you can evolve.
You must beat Rayquaza, then go to whipcashes pond an there will be a place that will open, in it will be a rock that will allow you to eveolve.
