How do I beat Zapdoz he keeps killing me?

Just level your poke to 40 or 50 then bea the crap out of him, I suggest that use ice beam if you have one so it would be uber effective.

How high of a level is your Leader? And what type? Ground Pokemon will take little to no damage from electric attacks, and Ground attacks are strong against Electric types. Also, if you use Iron Thorns, Silver Spikes, or Sticks they'll do a good deal of damage, or use an Ice move to freeze it, a sleep move, something like that. Also, bringing along a Petrify or Slumber Orb will help for when you get to him. Put on a Special Band or Power Band to up the Attack/Sp. Attack 12 points. Also, bring good back-up Pokemon, and make sure they're in a position to help out. If he's using a protective move (Detect I think), items will still do damage, so don't waste any attacks when it's protected, use items instead.
