Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team

1)Does anybody have an esier way to recruit any legend? (don't tell me friend bow Because I have one) I've been trying to get groudon for the longest time but it seems impossible. I also know that I have to have room for his size. I always go with 1 Pokemon and that Pokemon is charizard. It's leval 40. 2)Also I want to know what is a rate? Some one asked a question what is the rate for deoxs and I want know

1)And I 1 more thing. SOME ONE PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO GET AND A OK CODE!!!!!!!!!!! I NEVER GET THE USER CODE AFTER I RESCUE SOME ONE

1. If you increase your team rank, it increases percentage of a Pokemon joining you, on top of the extra 10% you get from friend bow. You do this by just doing rescues. I suggest B, A, or * rank missions, because they increase your points fastest.
2. Rate is the percent of having a pokemon join you. P.S., Deoxys' rate is 99.9, but you have to fight it a second time for it to join you.

1) There's no other way, it's just that Groudon is hard to recruit. Tough I advice you to level your lv40 charizard a little bit more, like 50 levels up... Lol your recruitment chances increases when you're lv90 or more.
2) The recruitment rate is a percentage: for example, 50% means that you've 1 chance on 2 to recruit(or, if you want, 50 chances on 100, it's the same); 25% means 1 chance on 4(or 25 on 100), and -10%(like Deoxys) means 0 chances (it's negative!).
3) I don't know. Ask pelipper!

Uh, sorry, but you CAN recruit Deoxys the first time you defeat him!!! And it's pretty likely you will be able to if you meet the conditions like your leader has a high level, but definitely a higher level than Deoxys does, & there's room in your party-he's only 1 star though, so no big deal if your others aren't too big.
