Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team

Please I'm stuck in the game can any of you tell me what to do after I go through the baried relic? I went through the 99floor so what do I do after that and where can I find spinda's clear feather

To get the clear feather you need to get the HM surf from Solar Cave on floor 20. (Bring a water or flying Pokemon.)

The Buried Relic has nothing to do with the Spinda mission! It's where you get the Regi and Mew! If you got all the parts for the Music Box, get the friend areas Ancient Relic for the Regi and Final Island for Mew and try to recruit them.
To get the Clear Feather, you need to wait until after Solar Cave and a few other regular missions probably, and eventually Spinda will show up in the square and collapse. Take him to your base, he'll tell you a story and give you the Clear Wing. Then you need to go to Great Canyon and talk to Xatu. He'll open up the next place you need to go, Fiery Field, to try and defeat Entei...30th floor. It will give you the rest of the info as you go along...
Also, have you tried looking on your dungeon list for ones you might not have explored? And buying certain Friend Areas can open up new dungeons, too!
