What level do you need to be to earn deoxis? I,m level 85lv.

You don't NEED to be " ANY " level! Just bring these items into Meteor Cave with you and you'll be just FINE:
X-Ray Specss - for spotting the Deoxys mirages
2 Huge Apples - to not be hungry!
Friend Bow - for the 20th floor( Recruit the REAL deoxys!)

Yes, and his Recruitment rate( joining chance) is - 10!!! SO, you'll need to be lv. 90+,and have the Friend Bow EQUIPPED to you AT THE 20th FLOOR!!!!! But, BEWARE: Deoxys has the move + Knock Off + so try to put him to sleep or somethin! He has 900 HP,and is lv. 35 when recruited! GOOD LUCK!
