Hey I got a skitty and I how do I evolve it I've beaten raquaza and I go into the cave myself but it always ak do I have a item to give to it and what is the item and where is it please react quickly!!!!!

You don't need items for evolution all the time. It might just not be on a high enough level, or you didn't say no to the item.
All you need is a Moon Stone. You can find them in Solar Cave-they look like purple gravelrocks.
