Ho-Oh is in Mt. Faraway-40th floor. You need to do the Clear Wing stuff with the Legendary Dogs before you can go there though! Spinda should give it to you-the clear wing-and you'll have to go conquer the 3 dogs first. There's a Friend Bow if you have a key on floor 30. Can't recruit on the first shot though.

How To Unlock: If you manage to force Suicune to Give in to your will, he will grant your feather a 3rd color turning it into the "Sunset Feather" grating
you access to the Mirage Pokemon at last.
Specials: Ho-Oh is around 600 HP when faced,and is lv. 50 when recruited.
his recruitment rate is 99.9% which is impossible NOT to recruit, BUT, you can't recruit him the 1st time round,but, the 2nd! His body size is 4 ****, so only bring one Pokemon with a 2 ** size,or 2 pokes with a 1 * body size!
