In my opioion no. I actually thought it had a new spin on it and I like it. New ways to get pokemon. New adventures. In my opioion great game I guarntee 20 hrs + on this game if you do extra to. Rating 9.5/10 great game

1: has INFINITE Rescue missions to play delivered by Pelliper himself!
2: has ALL 386 Pokemon, and YOU can Recruit them(catch them)!!
3: YOU get to be ALL 386 Pokemon, and recruit them!!
4: good Music, in-depth graphics, and interactive live Story Mode!( excellent)
5: BETTER than Pokemon Ranger(i still wanna get it though!)
6: has more items than regular Pokemon game; Estimating... 250 different items!!
oh, and IF you die, you can have someone rescue u!
and, you get to be 16 Different Pokemon as YOU in, AND have a partner(friend) to ASSIST you!!!

YOUR FRIENDS ALL SUCK!!!!!!!!!!! This game is the bomb and that is a FACT!!!!!!!!! YOU CAN catch and play as EACH AND EVERY POKE'MON!!!!!!!!(Exept Lucario but you can get a cool statue of him:/) DON"T ASK QUESTIONS!!!!! You can recruit poke'mon you'd think you can't. You see it, you can get it. With the right environment
