Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team

I can't get through purity forest or wish cave. I need to know who is the best to be when going in. Also, what items are best in wish cave. Someone please answer.

Pokemon to bring for Wish Cave:
set 1: Blaziken, and Charizard
set 2: Mew, and Mewtwo
set 3: Alakazaam,and Venusaur

items to bring for Wish Cave:
2 Frusration TM's(does 45 dmge. EACH!!)
3 Max Elixers' you'll run outta moves QUICK!!
10 Reviver Seeds for those skarmorys, and Fortresses!
1 Pass Scarf to reflect back dmge on those pokes!
4 Oran Berries use at will!

Purity Forest policies:
1: NO items allowed
2: NO Poke' allowed
3: 1 Pokemon ONLY can enter!
4: Celibi AUTOMATICALLY joins you WITHOUT a fight!
5 : these AREN'T MY rules, they're Celibi's!!


Pokemon suggested to bring:
1: Mew because he's FAST at leveling up!
2: Venusaur because he's ALSO fast at lv.
3: Alakazaam because he's got THE BEST Defense in the Pokemon world!!
4: Charizard because he's got a powerful moveset, and is Fire-type!

tips on passing it:
Tip 1- Try and find a Pass Scarf. They really do wonders(especially in
Monster Houses)

Tip 2- Try and find a full supply of Apples and Big Apples(for the scarf)

Tip 3- Try and find four Frustration TMs. They really help through out the
whole dingeon.
