Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team

Hi
I have a few questions so can someone please tell me the answers ???
1. How do you get the Lucario statue outside your house?
2. What level does shelgon evolve into salamence ?
3. Where is a good place to train besides the Makuhita Dojo?
4. Where do you get fly, watterfall and surf?
5. How do you recruit evee, Mew, celebi, jirachi and kyogre?

Please answer these questions because I am stuck in the game and I don't know what to do next.

1)To get the lucario statue you have to get the lucario rank(which is 15,000 rescue points)
2)Not sure I think about 40-50
3)I would on personal opinion the 3 fields(Fiery field,Lightning field & north wind field) and also Mt.Faraway.If your better level than that I suggest the western cave or silver trench!
4)Waterfall - Solar Cave 15th Floor, requires a Key
Fly - Wyvern Hill 30th Floor, requires a Key
Surf - Solar Cave 20th Floor, requires ability to cross water
5)Evee-Joyous tower on floors 12-17
Celebi-Purity forest on floor 99
Jirachi-Wish cave
Kyorgre-Stormy sea on floor 40.
