Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team

Does anyone, has any help on where shall I train my sceptile????? am lvl 71 and I need to increase so I can fight mewtwo.

Did you unlock Meteor Cave yet? Each form of deoxys is worth up to 1320 exp EACH time you kill them! It has 20 floors, and at the 20th there is the REAL deoxys whom you'd befriend, but it's literally almost impossble! His friend joining rate is: - 10%! So, you'll need : Lucario rank(raises join % by: 10%!), Friend bow: raise join rate % by: 4-10%!), and one lv. 100poke(raises join % by: 24.5%!!), "SO", "IF" you have ALL these requirements, you're deoxys joining chance will now increase by 34%!

Have you inlocked meteor falls, then you would go there.
