Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team

I lost my HM Dive that I got from wishcash after an aipom got defeated in an escort mission in Magma Cavern. I was wondering if it is possible to get another one or get a Pokemon that can learn it. If there is a Pokemon that can learn it, Which one is it, what level does it learn it at, and where do I get that pokemon. If I can get the HM again, how do I? Also, how do I get the HM fly? Can you recruit Groudon, and if you can how? Can you recruit Raquaza, and if so how? Last but not least, can you get, scratch that, even see kyroger in blue rescue team? ( I don't know how to spell his name right)

Have you gone back to look for it? Also, you may want to try in Solar Cave-the 2 locked doors on the 10th and 15th floors where the Link Cable & Waterfall were, and the 20th floor where Surf was-it may show up in there. Or maybe Whiscash will give you another one? I don't want to lose mine to check, sorry! That's what I'd do though if I did lose it. Why didn't you turn off the power quick when you lost Aipom?!?! RESET is a Pokemon gamer's common save! Use it or lose it, man!
Sorry for your bad luck-you can always see if someone will let you "Borrow" theirs to teach to a few Pokemon if you know another MD-Blue player.
Try some of the hints/cheats/walkthroughs-there are some created Wonder Mail codes out there that'll probably give you Dive-check around this site!!

You can get it back at solar cave lvl 10 or 15

Yes you can recuit legendary pokemons!!

And yes you see kyrogre and you can see everysingle legendary in all the versions in this game(AND YES you can recuit them)
