Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team

I have a few questions to ask:
1. When you get the Lucario Rank, what happens?
2. On the 45 floor of Buried Relic, there is a locked door. Does anyone know what's in it, I can't remember to bring a key with me?
3. I have battle Groudon about 7 times with the friend bow, a level 66 Pokemon that is one star, and I have a diamond ranking. Why won't he join if Kyogre did already?
4. What % does Mew, the Regi's, Rayquaza, and the 3 legendary dogs have when you try to recruit them?
Can anyone help me?

There is an HM in that door I think it is cut I don't know what it does though

1)At Lucario Rank, you get a statue of him outside your team base-I think that's worth mentioning!! And a pic of him next to your team rank, too. I thought it was cool at least! And it's gotta got to be easier to recruit, because all kinds of pokes try and join me all the time-too much sometimes!
2)It's an HM, darned if I can remember which one though! Sorry, I'll try to add to this after I check.
P.S. Kyogre didn't join me first try at Lucario Rank-good job recruiting! I think it's just like in the other games: sometimes you get a legendary right away, sometimes you spend hours-LOL-luck is still a lot of the process!

I said I'd check into it, so here we go:
2)Buried Relic HM's: 45th Floor-Rock Smash(key), 60th Floor-Strength(inside the wall), 70th Floor-Flash(key), 80th Floor-Cut(key).
That should cover it!
