After entering 99F's staircase, you leave the dungeon, Mew can be anywhere on Floor 36-99 as long as you have the Music Box.

Do more missions like pitful valley and wyvaren hills and stuff like that

After you beat Buried Relic, you can try and recruit Mew and the 3 Regi's. Or, if you haven't already, go to Solar Cave and get the HM Surf. Sleep for the next day, and then you will see something fly past you really quick. Then go into town. Two things will the happen.
