Well I already beat him to death with articcuno and typhlusion and feraligatr...............................and I have done wish cave well I have rescused medicham I have not gotten jerachi...and I think there are only 20 floors but I'm not sure....so what do I do next? P.S. I will be asking alot more questions so look for my name when you check this everytime.

There are 99 floors in Wish Cave. You need the Wish Stone on your way to the 99th floor to recruit Jirachi.
Go to the outside of the pelliper post office and findand speak to Ekans and Medicham, do a mission got the Pokemon square the next day and find ekans and Medicham do another mission and the next day gengar should show up at your house. Optional, go get Jirachi. Another optianal, go through Purity Forest to get Celebi.
