I just got surf in a cave and I walked out of my house and I saw too things blur past me.What were they??

That just happened to me, too. I believe that it was Latios. The day after you get Surf, Latios will still all the items from Kelcoleon's shop. You must go to Northern Range(which will unlock after you go in town) and go to the top to beat Latios. Then Latios will explain why he stole the items so he could save his sister, Latias. Then, you have to go save Latias at Pitfall Valley.
That was Latios, the blue eon pokemon! You triggered an event! He just stle ALL kecleon's shop's TM's and Orbs!! You have to track him down in... " Pitfall Valley"!!! Go to the town square after you saw him!
