Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team

If you beat a Pokemon like zapdos moltres or atrticuno and they don't ask to join can you find and fight them again to recruit them because I beat them but I want them?

So, you want to recruit the 3 birds?well, Zapdos, takes about 2 tries to recruit: ALL the birds have max size 4****, so bring only ONE poke for zapdos! A good ground type! For moltres too, and bring a water type! For Articuno too, and bring a Fire type!
