Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team

I AM ASKING again! ! ! ! How CAN I recruit Rayquaza? Because i've beat him 10 times with the Friend Bow attached, and with a size1* pokemon. So, WHAT THE HECK DO I HAVE TO DO????????????

Hey,be at a very high level 50+,have the friend bow, one pokemmon 1*,and fight him but you are probably going to be doing it for a while.I've heard he has a very low recruit rate(-10%-1%)or something like that. Just try your best!

To get him what i did is you get a friend bow and a sky gummi first throw the sky gummi at him then put on the friend bow LET HIM ATTACK YOU FIRST it helps. one more thing you dont have to be a really high level i was lv. 41 and i followed all of these steps and he joined me =)
