Well,after you complete the Northern Range,dungeon where you face latios,you will gain access to the Pitfall Valley dungeon where upon completion,you will automatically get latios and latias on your team if you allow them to join
EASY! ! ! Just unlock Norhtern Range by buying the friend area, " Southern Island ", then have the HM Surf, then the next day there'll be an event....... So, after that event, you unlock Northern Range..defeat Latios at the end(it's 25 floors)! THEN, you talk to latios .... And unlock Pitfall Valley! There you have to "rescue" Latios's sister, Latias! Pitfall Valley is 25 floors, or 20..... It's EASY!!! PS: if you want to know MORE about any other legends and HOW to catch them, ASK!!! I answer ALL the questions of blue rescue!
GO to Northern range then beat that and then beat Pitfall valey (have to buy firend area befor edoing this mission)
