Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team

What is a really good starter and partner? First I had a treeko and Charmander, then a cyndiquil and pikachu and now I have a Machop and charmander.

I would go for a water or grass type

Hey dragoon here I hav treeko and totadile because totadile had good attacks like bite and stuff and treeko had absorb and abosorb saves you alot I beat all the bosses with abosord almost 5-10 levels lower then ppl say I should so I would say them two

Pikachu, because he DOMINATES against ALL legends!!! Teach him: Shock Wave, Thundershock, THUNDER, and Quick Attack OR any tm. MUDKIP: Type: Water + Ground. Notes: He is very good against Groudon, Entei, Ho-Oh, and Moltres! Recommended Moves: Hydro Pump, Dig, Dive, AND Earthquake OR ANY TM YOU WANT!!!

Yea I support team of dragoonx3 or something like that because I have exactly the same Pokemon, SCEPTILE and FERALIGATR, lvl 70 each, and MAN they dominate!!!! Just the mega drain my sceptile knows... That's what you call a MOVE. Anyways, too much talking, so get those two and prepare for the world DOMINATION!!!
