CAN SOMEONE TELL ME HOW TO GET BLASTOISE AND WHERE? ALSO, WHAT FLOOR IS HE ON IN THAT DUNGEON???

You can evolve your squirtle and warturtle to get blastoise

You get him in western cave(where you can beat mewtwo) but I'm not sure what floor blastoise is on

Or you get ho-oh like me and charizard and blastiose get their cans licked by mewtwo(he says hes the best, but I beat him with 2 fire blasts and a water gun)(NOTE:i was at lv 86 and I beat him)oh anywho, you can get blastiose,charizard,swampert,and meganium in western cave

You have to get a squrtle then evolve him

Ok you need to be level 90 with friend bow and beet team hydro.
