You will want the type that is strongest against those places and good level pokemon

Power2themarshmallow answered:

Since you're at level one, you should bring a Pokemon that can level up fast, and has a good set of moves, like torchic (found on floors 10-15). Bring an escape orb, in case of a partner joining you.

K Dawg answered:

You will want to highest pokemon

Guest answered:

You should bring a Pokemon like cahrziard, articuno or piloswine because they know moves that attack the whole room like heat wave it really helps at monster houses and bring joy seeds and reviver seeds with max exliers, cleanse orbs, gravler rocks or geo pebbles oran berrys and apples, huge or big or a tight belt and fill up you're space and always eat berrys or good seeds keep totter, sleep etc and use them
