They are very hard to be friend it is all luck

Well I recruited them all 3 of them and I now have them lvl 80 each I suggest this is the best way of recruiting them: have you're pokemons at least lvl 55, if possible have the friend bow, bring ONLY ONE POKEMON of size 1* and use you're best moves so you can impress them and make them to join you're team even a higher chance. P.S. Can anyone tell me how to send any Pokemon from blue rescue team to red rescue team? Thnx to anyone that replies!!!
