Once you beat the game, you can recruit the legendaries. This includes latios, latias, groudon, kyogre, raquaza, Mew, mewtwo, zapdos, moltres, articuno, suicune, enti, raiku, jarachi, deoxys, and celibi. I think I named them all, but if there is one missing, I will post an answer again.

Yes, but who?? For every legendary you have to only bring ONE1 Pokemon ONLY, and, a Friend Bow if you don't want to battle it 20 times!!

What I do to recruit is bring like 4 Pokemon then when I'm at the last floor at the stairs you say farewell to all the other Pokemon exept you so you can recruit the ledendary
