Plz help me 1)Where do you get latios,latias 2)And how do you get zapdos..

1.) Eventually, one day in Pokemon square, a misterious blur will fly by the kelceon shop + steal all of the items. You, being the hero of the town, decide to head off in search on this.

You go to the newly opened dungeon and climb to the top to face latios. Once you beat him, he will say that he stole the stuff only to help his sister, latias, who is trapped in pitfall valley. So go there and rescue her and you will go back to Pokemon square. There latios and latias will thank you and ask to join your rescue team.

2.) To get zapdos, go to mount thunder and go to the top and face him again. Save your game at the quicksave point so that if you screw up you can restart and not loose any of your items. His recruitment rate is 50 percent.

The same goes for moltres and articuno. Just do the same as you did for zapdos.
For kyogre go to the stormy sea(note: you must have dive or a Pokemon that knows it with you) and go down 40 floors to where he is. Fight him, noting that his recruitment rate is also 50 percent.

I suggest having a grass type Pokemon that knows bullet seed for groudon and kyogre because they are ground and water types. For groudon it is basically the same as kyogre. Just go down there and kick his butt and hope that he joins your team.

Kyogre comes with his friend area, so does groudon. When you recruit zapdos, moltres, or articuno, legendary island comes with on of them. If you want the 3 regis, you need to buy ancient relic from wigglytuff.
