All you neesd is to be about level 30 or stronger and know water and ice moves
I would get a third partner (ABSOL) or who you chose.
It is a pretty hard duegon (23 floors) save then 1 to groundon.
Your guys seem around the right level
Level 30 or higher I had lv 31charmander lv31 squrilte lv 27 absol and I killed him
