Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team

I've rescued Medicham from the Wish Cave and got Wish Stone, what do I do now?(other than the dungeons with 99 floors)

Also, where do you get Cut, Fly, Strength, Flash and Rock Smash HM's and what floor in each dungeon( I can't find them anywhere.)

It would be greatly appreciated if you could tell me all of the answers instead of only one answer.

SOLAR cave is when you get tm and other places like wvren hills in were you get fly. ALso you are eventually goin gto have to do the 99 floor stages
