How do you obtain HMs such as Surf, Waterfall, Fly, etcetera....?

I saw a golden disk of some sort on B60F of Buried Ruins surronded by stone walls, no keyholes or whatever they're called. Does anyone know what the heck a gold disk is?

Where/How are 'Link Cables' obtained to evolve Poke'mon such as Haunter and Kadabra?

Where is Larvitar found [not the friend area, the dungeon is what I am asking about]?

Thank y'all in advance.

Good team! Balanced as well. 10/10.

HM's are the golden disks. Link cables, I haven't a clue, but I found one somewhere.

I found a second Dive disk and more HM's in Solar Cave. You can check, and you have to find keys.

Larvitar? Don't know, only seen Pupitar.

Blademaster55 answered:

I will give it a 7/10 good team
