1) I have got to the cave were you evolve but it says I don't have any items what do I do?
2) Where do you find the stones like fire stones?
3) what is in the stormy sea?

You can get fire stones in firey field.and thunderstones in lightning field. Stormy sea contains kyogre who will join your team if you defeat him.
