My question is how do you get HM's? I got dive and went to Stormy Sea but I was defeated and some of my items were taken away including my HM dive and now I can't return to the Stormy Sea stage... So if anyone can give me an answer on this problem it would be really appreciated because at the moment I am stuck.

Simple dive is in solar cave tenth floor it is in a thing where you need a key the key is somewhere before the tenth floor and you need a flying Pokemon otherwise you can't get it flying Pokemon I recommend pidgey or pidgeot
You have to go to Solar Cave and on a few floors there will be keys/keyhole and /or an HM lying around.
