Where do I find groudon? I have defeated the first 3 legendary birds and have found ninetales. Blastoise's team has already left. I have been doing quests for like 50 game days now. And how do you evolve? I have a lvl 28 cyndaquil and 26 treecko.

Hi there you can evolve your Pokemon only at the levle or over it you must have defeated the legendary birds and unlocked setting for the evoloution
