How do I delete bad wonder mail in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team?

I was looking for wonder mail to get a friend bow and I found one that gave me much more. It was a troll wonder mail and messed up my game. How to I undo this wonder mail or delete it off my game. I tried deleting my saved profile but it didn't work. PLEASE HELP.
