Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team

Before defeating Rayquaza, when I lvl up, stats went up with 2-3. Now when I lvl up it's just HP going 1 up and all the others stats 0. Is that normal, what can I do about it.

Eventually I will lvl and lvl but my Pokemon doesn't get stronger...

You're probably just leveling up too fast. You should go back to a low level dungeon and start defeating a lot of weak Pokemon to boost your stats.

Forgoten_Scars is referring to a mechanic in the main games called EVs, but they do not exist in Mystery Dungeon.

That is normal for higher levels, and it's just to prevent Pokemon like Lv.100 Magikarp from having 300+ in each stat.
