Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team

I erased my friend's profile to start playing by myself and I don't want him to HAVE to start again so my question is: is there a quicker way to restore an erased Profile?

Erased profiles can't be restored I'm afrade but I think you can skip some of the story by using an action replay

No. Not on simple games such as a DS game. If you delete saved data and start playing on a new profile, your previous data is already overwritten and cannot be recovered. He'll have to start over again. Try not to do that to him again.
