I would choose either Espeon or Jolteon, as they have Special Attack and Speed.

Hey...?!I'm NOT THE ONLY ONE THAT PLAYS THIS GAME :D I have the same question...I REALLY like espeon but I've been espeon on another game soo...yeah...idk what to evolve my eevee into...
