How do I get to see Team Meanies after beating the game?

Here are the rules.

1. After the completion of Stormy Sea and Buried Relic, keep on doing jobs untill you get Sky Blue Plains as a reward.

2. Keep on going to Whiscash Pond untill you see Medicham and Ekans.

3. Talk to them, and they talk about a certain cave, then they flee.

4.The next day, return to Whiscash Pond, and it is revealed they are going to a cave that grants wishes.

5.The next day, I don't remember, but there is no sign of Team Meanies.

6.Go to Pelliper Post Office, and there is Ekans, but no Medicham.

7.Apparently, there is a job posting a recue for Medicham, and you gain acess to Wish Cave.

8.There are 99 floors on Wish Cave, but you get to do twenty. Enter Wish Cave. *Warning- Your level is reduced to one.

9. Complete the job, and you get the Wish Stone.

10.The next day, Medicham and Ekans reveal that Gengar hasn't been acting like himself.

11. The next day, they reveal Gengar is trying to climb Mt. Freeze.

12. The day after that, Gengar himself will appear the first time since he dragged the main Pokemon out of Sky Tower, asking to be escorted up Mt. Freeze.

13. Escort him, untill you reach the peak.

14.Ninetales and Gengar admit that Gengar was the human that abused Gardevoir.

15. Ninetales gives Gengar a Nine Tail Crest, and the next day head with Gengar to Murky Cave, where you can meet Gardevoir in person.

16. Complete the dungeon, and at the end you will answer questions.

17. Gardevoir will appear, losing her memory. Then Ninetales will appear, and this will be the last time you will ever see Ninetales.

18. Then you, Gengar, and Gardevoir will go to the team base, where Gengar gives you a Mobile Scarf, and thus is the last you will see of Team Meanies.

19. The next day you can recruit Gardevoir.
