Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team

I have completed the game, and have recruited Zapdos, Moltres, and other legendary Pokemon, but when I go up to Mt. Freeze's peak with no other Pokemon and no missions accepted, Articuno is no longer there. I faced him a couple of times, defeating him, but now it says "no one is here". How do I recruit Articuno?

Hey I know how to recruit articuno at the first time when your about to be chased by a mob of Pokemon get the friend bow wonder mail which I will put at the end of this answer anyway do what you would do for moltres and zapdos and take all the requirements needed to recruit them and go to articuno and drop the reviver seed and let articuno walk over the seed and pick it up then defeat her then she will be revived and then she will attack more then kill her again and she should say can I join your team if this helped then vote this a good vote hope this helped the friend code is

Its because Articuno is in frosty forest. Ninetails was in Mt. Freeze (who I don't think you can recruit but I'm no sure)

Go to the frosty forest and get through it. At the end of frosty forest is a kangaskhan statue. Past that is the frosty grotto. A 3-5 floor dungon.(you have to go through it to get out of the dungon). I battled arcticuno 2 times (minus
The first time)
To get both him and ledgendary island
