Solrock cave go to 20f or bf20 and look around although you will need a Pokemon that is water type or can float

Oh and you'll need a key. You can find one it the same level BTW if you're having trouble finding a water or a floating pokemon, feed your pokemon berrys it will take a long time but your pokemon will lern a status where you will have the abilaty to step on every land Water, Lava everything. It goes faster if you feed it a berry it likes Good luck (and I would try to get a water or floating pokemon. It's faster)

Ya but it's called Solar Cave and it's B20F not bf20 but verry usfull Oh and you'll need a key. Actually, to find HM Dive, you have to go to the 10th floor. Go to the 20th floor for HM Surf and the 15th Floor for HM Waterfall. And it's B10th Floor.

UURGH WHY didnt ny1 tell me before!!!!!!!!!!! I did a bunch of missions but kept losing surf!!!!!!!!!!!
