Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team
Hi I'm trying to get every legendry Pokemon at the moment I'm trying to get raquaza but I need HM fly to get to sky tower can someone tell me how to get HM fly please?

You get hm fly at Whyvern Hill. You can only go there if you have the friend area Dragon cave, which you can get from this wondermail code's mission:
H?08 ?9S? ?Q64
?P?! 84S0 F?!
At the 29th or 30th floor, you will see a keyhole, which you can open with a key from Solar Cave and there you'll find hm fly.
