I lost my Hm dive then found one again but who can be taught dive?

Most water types can learn Dive. Try getting together your water types and see which one can learn it.
A water type Pokemon use like squrtile or recruit one.most water type can do it also if you havent checked press x and items then go to it and pick use if it says ill not work recruit another Pokemon and try again
If you have latios and latias, they can use dive if not to get them you get hm surf, buy southern island for 9500 poke wait a few days and follow the storyline from there
