Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team

Ive been to the buried relic and stormy sea but can't unlock the clear feather mission can someone tell me if I missed a step?

Make sure you have the HM surf. Talk to the Pokemon in the square. Then go to the right. It will stop you and a spinda will appear on the screen. Then I think you wait until the next day but I might be wrong. Anyway ( at some time) spinda comes to your house and gives you the clear wing. Go to the Fiery field, and........

You have to go to fiery field beat entei 30 floor head to lightning field same thing with raikou north field again same thing with suicuine

You have to find surf in solar cave, then go to Pokemon square and go to the far right and the quest will start
