the lgendarys at lvl 100 and you can get the cheat

I used totodile and pikachu and only died a few times

I use mudkip and pikachu making the main moves ice beam and water gun for mudkip and shock wave and dig for pikachu hope this helps

I had eevee and todidile. Eevee knew tackle, helping hand, sand attack and quick attack. Todidile knew water gun, bite, leer, and brick break. We only had a problem with one boss, articuno, but thats because it kept using powder snow... Anyway I hope this helps!
