Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team

I need to level up my Pokemon a bit,I am at Sky Tower and Shuppet is killing all my Pokemon.I am at Level 28.What is the quickest way to level up?

Dont go to sky tower yet.right now train your team in the dragon maze at makuhita dojo until the team is level 33 or use linked moves at sky tower or both.

Find and eat joy seeds they level you up once

Try to dodge shuppet and deafeat other Pokemon or go to the makuhita dojo and train
