Alright, so my cubone is either at or about to be at level 30 and my cyndiquil is at level 31 and I still can't defeat Rayquaza, please tell me someone can help!

ok i dont remember off hand is mine had it yet but if your cubone has bone merang i would sugest teaching it flame thrower and then linking the to so you can hammer rayquayza from the get go then well you should beable to figure it out from there good luck

Bring lots of reviver seeds and max elixirs(Your HP and PP will have been depleted as the journey to the top of the tower is rediculously long). Don't bring any team-mates, as they use up your reviver seeds. Use offensive moves and heal yourself and your partner whenever you can. Also, if you want to train some more, I recommend Magma Cavern.

Cyndaquil needs to learn Flame Thrower it gives you an edge and for cubone see if it learns dragon claw or ice beam it does learn icy wind so he can also learn ice beam perhaps if this does not help just teach your cubone rock tomb it's super effective DUH
